Leggett & Platt operates a large-scale automotive manufacturing facility at Ambattur Industrial Estate. Florean carried out a complete deep clean across all 69 zones — production areas, common spaces, washrooms and corridors — supplying all labour, materials and PPE.

Primal Patterns Gym
Before opening, Primal Patterns needed a genuine floor-to-ceiling clean — clearing post-construction dust, adhesive residue and fixture grime ahead of equipment setup. Florean delivered a complete pre-launch clean so the space was ready for day one.
